It you hit or are near that limit, it will lag your system as the game can't create any more vehicles and it bogs it down from trying. The processes tab show that ~1,400MB are being used solely for C:SL, but the performance tab shows my RAM usage jumping up to 5.9GB (37%). That's with only C:SL and Steam running.
