The CX-27's and CX series in general are considered by most DCM fans the last good speakers produced by DCM. They do everything pretty well but are a step down from the upper end TF line.

WebIf you want to go surround/home theater, the Timeframes as mains pair very nicely with the CX line of bookshelf speakers. The CX-17 is my favorite. It uses the same coaxial design and punches way above its weight. The CX-17 is a coaxial "bookshelf" thats about 1.5x larger than the q150 in each dimension.
