WebIpv4 works fine, I've setup the DHCPv6 relay and all the clients inside the pfSense network are getting IPv6 addresses from the ISP router. Both WAN and LAN interfaces on pfSense, also get IPv6 addresses. But nothing inside the pfSense network can get out on IPv6, I've checked the firewall logs and I don't even see it trying to block anything. WebI do it this way: Track the LAN interfaces from the WAN + add a prefix id in combination with prefix delegation from the WAN, this gives your LAN interfaces on pfense a globally routable ipv6 address. Then enable router advertisements on your LAN interfaces so your clients can configure themselves with SLAAC.
